Reservations:

Reservation is possible by phone, e-mail or by our online reservation system. In the process of  reservation and it is important to provide us with valid e-mail address or phone number. In the event that the user is not available electronically or by telephone (he provides us with an incorrect or invalid e-mail address and telephone number), we reserve the right to cancel such a reservation.

Upon confirmation, the reservation must be secured with an advance payment equal to 30% of the total rental value if not agreed otherwise.

Upon receipt of the prepayment, the reservation will be confirmed by us.

Arrivals and departures:

rooms and suites are available on the day of arrival from 2 pm. Please leave it by 10 am on the day of departure.

In case you would like to use a room or apartment earlier or would like to leave it later, this is possible by prior arrangement.

Cancellation policy:

In the event that the guest cancels the already confirmed reservation, does not arrive on the agreed day or leaves early, the following cancellation conditions apply:

up to 15 days before arrival ………………………………….. cancellation is free

14 – 8 days before arrival …………………………………….. keep the advance received

7 or less before arrival …………………………… 80% of the room rental or apartments

non-arrival …………………………………. 100% of the total rental value of the room or apartment

Means of payment:

Cash, card and transfer to our transaction account before departure.
